Breads on Oak King Cake | Vegan Bavarian Cream

In New Orleans, King Cake isn't just a desert—it's tradition. It’s debated, defended, and deeply personal. To celebrate Mardi Gras '26, we’re bringing three of New Orleans’ most iconic King Cakes to NYC for an exclusive two-day pop up at our Meatpacking Flagship.

Breads on Oak is the purveyor of New Orlean’s best dairy-free & vegan King Cake. Made with organic flours and sugars and free of any artificial coloring, this is a  less sinful option—but you’d never taste the difference. Keeping with their all-natural philosophy, you’ll find an almond inside each of their King Cakes in lieu of the traditional plastic baby.

Available as part of our NYC King Cake Shop in ultra-limited quantities. Pre-order now to secure yours.

All sales final. All orders must be picked up in-store at 67 Gansevoort St. New York, NY on February 7-8, 2026 from 11am to 6pm with email receipt as confirmation.
